KKB PROTON BUS 分部將於5/4分拆並將KKB車隊中的Dennis dart lpg 轉至KKB主席 DESMOND DES以個人名義營運紅色小巴的營運商KD 小巴商會，及旗下路線將交由FCB,KD小巴商會及其他公司營運。至於其他KKB車隊中的巴士將暫時封存真至另行通知。
