Back with another release! This time it’s the Mercedes Hybrid A35 Eventuri Turbo Tube!

This tube has been developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path as compared to the stock tube. Eventuri managed to increase the internal volume as well as eliminating the ridged flexible section at the airbox side. By using a completely solid tube all the way from the intake to the turbo, the flow path is smoother and therefore airflow can remain more laminar. To account for engine movement, our A35 intake has a “floating” tube, which can move within the airbox.

The shape of the carbon tube at the turbo end has been optimised using CFD to minimise turbulence. The connection to the turbo is achieved with an innovative silicon coupler that features an internal thermal separator between the carbon tube and the metal turbo housing. The multiple breather connectors at the back of the tube are taken care of with a CNC machined block which also provides a smooth internal surface for airflow within the tube.

Presenting a World first – the Eventuri Hybrid Airbox System, a breakthrough intake solution for the BMW E85 Z4M. This system delivers the aggressive, race-inspired sound of the CSL Airbox with the seamless driveability and plug-and-play simplicity of a traditional intake. Until now, Z4M owners wanting the CSL airbox sound had to compromise on running the engine without the MAF sensor, often leading to expensive ECU conversions or remaps, where throttle response and driveability were negatively affected. The Hybrid Airbox solves this problem and delivers the sound and power of a CSL airbox without the need for a remap, as well as the driveability and smooth performance delivery of a regular intake.

The Difference

The airbox uses a Patented Venturi Carbon Fiber Housing which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design which invokes the Venturi affect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce the drag on the engine.

Introducing the G63 AMG Eventuri Intake. Fitment for the 2025+ W465 with engine code M177.

The G63 AMG W465 Eventuri Intake is crafted from prepreg carbon fiber, featuring CNC machined components and custom-designed high-flow filters. This intake is a complete redesign of the OEM airboxes and flow path. By utilizing the additional space under the hood, Eventuri has significantly increased the intake volume, achieving an impressive 25% greater airflow rate compared to the OEM airboxes, all while retaining the original cold air feeds.

The larger volume of the intake also facilitates a smoother airflow path, allowing the turbos to draw air with reduced resistance. This results in a decreased wastegate duty cycle and ultimately enhances overall performance.

To accommodate the increased size of the intake, Eventuri has also redesigned the engine cover which features a red kevlar section and a herringbone carbon weave.

The Eventuri G63 AMG intake system delivers industry-leading performance gains while providing both audible and visual enhancements for an enriched driving and ownership experience.

The Eventuri 4.0TFSI V8 EA825 intake has now been updated to fit the 2025 facelift Cayenne Turbo variants. Every component, including the lid, has been developed to allow the V8 twin turbos to draw in air with less drag, resulting in noticeable improvements in power delivery.

The stock airbox lid creates a restriction by limiting the size of the flow collector that feeds the turbo inlets from the filters. To address this, Eventuri increased the height of the central section of the lid, allowing for a larger flow collector and the use of larger cone filters. This removes the inherent restriction and sets the Eventuri intake apart from the rest of the field, as systems that utilise the stock lid remain constrained by restricted collectors and filtration media.

The turbo inlets are up to 43% larger in cross-sectional area than stock and are designed for maximum volume. This additional volume enables the turbos to respond faster, resulting in a noticeable improvement in throttle response.
