K383 ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND

K383 is a lead free anti seize compound, made from high quality mineral oils, non-soap thickener incorporating copper powder and graphite.
Anti-seize properties enable this grease to work even if the joints become so compressed that most of the compound is squeezed out, or excessive temperature flashes off the oily part of the compound.
A fine film of copper particles always remain in joints or threads to prevent seizure.

Features:
Prevents seizure and galling during assembly and therefore reduces assembly time.
Enables the easy dismantling of components subjected to high temperatures.
Provides an effect anti-seize in saturated conditions, including chemical environments and salt water.
Enables fast and easy dismantling of components, allowing them to be reused after dismantling.

Applications:
The excellent anti seize properties of K383 make it ideal for lubricating brake linkages.
The product is also recommended as a thread lubricant on studs, pipes, casings and whenever eventual disassembly must proceed smoothly.
K383 can be used with confidence on the threads of pipes that carry very hot and corrosive liquids or gases, where it assists sealing and allows trouble free disassembly, including pipe fitting and valves in the chemical, petrochemical, gas and drilling industries. Apply sparingly by brush to the threaded components prior to assembly.
For optimum performance, ensure that both the threaded surfaces are completely coated with K383.
As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the manufacturer.

Workshop Pro Semi-synthetic Chain Lubricant is a specially formulated aerosol designed for the protection of chains used in a variety of applications. This product is initially a thin flowing lubricant which when sprayed, searches and penetrates into the chain links and rollers. Within a few minutes the solvent carrier ‘flashes off ‘ and the product thickens and provides a strong, cushioning and lubricating, grease like coating on all parts. This coating has powerful anti-fling properties and is not displaced by the fast movement of the chain. Chain and sprocket wear is reduced to a minimum by the lubricant coating.

RACE C30, C40, C50

CASTOR BASED MOTORCYCLE ENGINE OILS:

Race C30 and Race C40 are engine oils manufactured from high quality first pressing castor oil.

Synthetic base fluids are incorporated to achieve SAE 30 and SAE 40 classifications, which in turn help to reduce or eliminate the traditional problems of deposits and lacquers, usually associated
with these types of oil.

All of the advantages of a castor-based product have been retained, including a naturally higher and tougher film strength, very high load carrying capacity, better wetting properties and reduced power loss due to friction.

Applications:

Race C30 and Race C40 are recommended for four stroke grass-track and classic machines where castor-based products are preferred. These grades may also be suitable for premix use in two stroke applications with both petrol and methanol fuels. Race C30 is particularly suited to racing 2-stroke go-kart applications.

For speedway use, where the virtues of castor oil has been recognised for many years, Race C50 protects and lubricates engines primarily designed to run on these traditional oils.

With the possibility of excess moisture being present when running on methanol, all Race C grades contain corrosion inhibitors to help combat potential problems.

Note: These grades must not be mixed with any mineral oil product.
