You can normally tell quite quickly when an instructor has only learned how to “deal with faults”.

Everything becomes a correction.
Everything becomes a script.
Everything becomes reactive.

But when an instructor starts to properly understand the learner, the lesson changes completely.

You start noticing uncertainty before the mistake.
You start recognising hesitation earlier.
You stop chasing faults and start understanding what is creating them.

That level of awareness is what the Knowledgeablee Video Hub was built around.

Not quick tips.
Not buzzwords.
Not “say this and you’ll pass”.

Real instructor development.

Over 330 videos and more than 66 hours of content covering:

• Part 3 and Standards Check development
• Understanding the learner
• Coaching and client-centred learning
• Commentary driving
• Risk management and anticipation
• Questioning and listening skills
• Trainer development
• Business development
• Reflective practice and self-development

The goal was never to create more instructors who can simply copy techniques.

The goal was to help instructors think deeper about what is actually happening inside the lesson.

That is where real development starts.

Understanding Your Learner has now gone past 300 downloads.

Today at the conference, I lost count of how many people came over to speak to me about the course and the difference it has made to how they approach lessons.

What stood out was that the conversations were not about “new techniques” or clever ways to explain things.

They were about finally understanding why the same faults keep coming back, even after they have been covered repeatedly.

That is exactly what this course focuses on.

A lot of instructors already know how to explain things, correct faults and structure lessons. The issue is often not the instruction itself, but understanding what is actually driving the learner’s behaviour, decisions and performance underneath it all.

That is where this course sits.

Not on the surface level of teaching, but underneath it.

What has been interesting over the last few weeks is seeing how many instructors are now using it as part of their wider development, because once you start seeing what is really happening in lessons, the way you approach everything begins to change.

Over 300 instructors have already gone through it.

If you still find yourself correcting the same faults again and again, you will probably understand why they did.

Most instructors are still focusing on faults.

The instructors developing quicker are focusing on understanding.

That is the difference.

The response to the Knowledgeablee Video Hub offer has been far bigger than expected and there are now only a few £10 first month places remaining.

Inside the Hub there is over 66 hours of bite-sized content covering areas such as:
• Risk management
• Coaching and CCL
• Lesson structure
• Commentary driving
• Standards Check and Part 3
• Cognitive and affective development
• Instructor thinking and analysis

If you want one of the remaining codes, comment HUB below and I’ll send it across.

Most instructors focus on faults.

What to say.
What to correct.
What to fix.

But the instructors developing quicker are focusing on understanding.

Why is the fault happening?
What is the learner thinking?
What is actually causing the problem?

That is where lessons start to change.

Inside the Knowledgeablee Video Hub, there are over 66 hours of bite-sized content designed to help you think differently about lessons, learners, coaching and development.

There are now only 10 places remaining at £10 for the first month (normally £15). Be quick though or others will use their codes first!

If you want the code, comment HUB below.

6 codes have gone already!

Most instructors focus on faults.

Those developing more quickly focus on understanding.

That is the difference.

I’ve opened up 20 places on the Knowledgeablee Video Hub at £10 for the first month (normally £15).

If you'd like the code, please comment HUB below.

Most instructors think they are developing because they are gaining experience.

That is not always true.

This is one of the biggest reasons instructors plateau after qualifying, and exactly why I built the Video Hub.

The link is below for anyone serious about continuing to develop.

Why Most Instructors Stay Where They Are

Most instructors don’t struggle because they lack ability. They struggle because they try to improve through experience alone and hope it eventually clicks.

It doesn’t.

Experience without structure just reinforces what you already do. You stay busy, you teach more lessons, you get more comfortable, but your standard does not really move on.

That is why some instructors are at the same level after five years as they were after one.

Others are not.

The difference is not talent. It is what they expose themselves to consistently and how deliberately they develop.

This is exactly where the Video Hub fits.

It is not random content and it is not surface level. It is structured development built around real lessons, understanding the learner, coaching properly, managing risk, and actually improving how you perform in the car.

There are over 65 hours of content designed to be applied, not just watched. You take something from a video and use it on your very next lesson. That is where the improvement happens.

It is £15 per month.

If you are serious about developing and not just repeating the same lessons, it is a straightforward decision.

If you are not, you will carry on as you are and hope it changes.

Comment HUB if you are interested in what is inside the Video Hub and I will send you details.

Most instructors don’t stop improving because they don’t care.

They stop because nothing is pushing them anymore.

There is no test, no examiner, no pressure.

So lessons become routine, thinking slows down, and development becomes passive.

You are still working, still busy, still teaching.

But you are not really moving forward.

That is where the gap starts to open up.

Some instructors stay at the same level for years.

Others keep refining, adjusting, and developing.

The difference is not ability.

It is what they expose themselves to consistently.

If you are not being challenged, you are probably staying the same.

If you want to change that, comment DEVELOP and I will send you how to get started.

Most instructors think this is just another subscription with a few videos.

It’s not.

What you are actually getting is structured development that most instructors never build for themselves.

Inside the Video Hub there are over 65 hours of content, not random clips, but organised around how you actually improve as an instructor.

That includes areas like understanding the learner, coaching, risk management, lesson structure, Part 3 and Standards Check preparation, and developing beyond just correcting faults.

It is designed so you can take something from a video and apply it on your very next lesson.

That is where the value sits.

Not in watching content, but in changing what you do in the car.

Most instructors don’t lack information. They lack structured development.

That is the difference.

If you want to see how it is laid out and what is actually inside, comment INSIDE and I will send you a breakdown.

Most instructors believe they are improving over time, but what is actually happening is repetition. They are teaching more lessons, seeing more learners, and gaining more experience. That feels like progress, but experience on its own does not guarantee improvement. It only reinforces what you already do.

Without structure, development becomes accidental. You pick things up here and there, adjust slightly after certain lessons, and over time hope that adds up to becoming better. Sometimes it does, but most of the time it does not, because nothing is being deliberately worked on.

There is no clear focus, no consistent review, and no real direction to development. You are relying on exposure rather than intention. This is where instructors plateau, not because they lack ability, but because their development has no structure behind it.

The instructors who move forward take a different approach. They do not leave improvement to chance. They identify specific areas to work on, reflect on their lessons with purpose, and make deliberate adjustments based on what they see. They are not just teaching, they are developing themselves at the same time.

That is the difference between structured growth and accidental growth. One is slow, inconsistent and often invisible. The other is deliberate, measurable and continuous.

If you are not actively working on something specific in your lessons right now, there is a strong chance your development has slowed without you realising it.

If you want to start developing with structure rather than relying on experience alone, this is exactly what we focus on inside the Video Hub.

Comment STRUCTURE and I will send you the details.

Most instructors tend to sit too far at one end of the spectrum. They either instruct too much, filling the lesson with constant direction and correction, or they try to coach everything and hold back when something more direct is actually needed.

Both approaches create problems. Too much instruction leads to dependency, where the learner starts to rely on prompts instead of developing their own awareness. On the other side, trying to coach at the wrong time can allow situations to develop too far before any intervention takes place.

This is where a lot of lessons begin to break down, not because the instructor lacks knowledge, but because the balance between the two approaches is not quite right. It is not about choosing coaching or instructing. It is about understanding when each is appropriate and being able to move between them with purpose.

This is exactly what I break down in the video hub.

If you have ever come away from a lesson feeling like you were either talking too much or holding back too much, this will likely resonate.

Comment BALANCE once you have watched it.
