And now onto the next one of many seen by us in the last week... BMW 530d GT.

Came in with 240HP and 515NM... Of course it was going to leave with a lot more than that since that's what we do 🫣

The increase was night and days difference, picks up much quicker, holds for a lot longer and all this in the GT version of the 5 series with it's popular 3.0 Diesel.

One of the cars that came in last week... Since the 535d is a car loved amongst people who enjoy "sleepers" and better yet "estate sleepers" we thought to showcase it.

Originally it came in with a pretty bad figure, barely making 200hp and 490NM, way below the standard 260HP, after fixing the issues with the EGR and DPF we got to work. Original Dyno now stating 262HP and over 550NM.

An obvious increase which brought the car to figures making it capable of surprising a lot of cars out there, especially it being an estate.

The car did have some parts such as the downpipe And a few others which sure helped the flow and provided just that little more.

Last few days we've seen numerous cars but to us this one stood out nicely, Infinity Q60 2.2CDI.A car not seen very often. Coming in with 178HP and 386NM it already performed quite well, however the customer wanted it to be faster and more efficient.. So that's what we made it.
Leaving our garage with nearly 205HP and 450NM.. The difference was very easily noticed and the customer was more than satisfied. A very nice car to work with and the results safely achieved.

Another post for the day, had an interesting one today so we thought we'd share.

Mercedes Sprinter 109 CDI with a quite surprising low of 110HP and 270NM... For something that weighs this much, with it already being a camper conversion too, it needed more!

After not very long we managed to get onto our road Dyno with a now much stronger sprinter. Pushing 170BHP and 360NM this campervan came to life, the owner smiling the entire time.

Just thought we'd post this amazing result that we managed to get from a Seat Ibiza 2.0TDI.

Coming to us with near 140BHP and near 330NM of torque, the customer saw himself smiling shortly after we helped his car reach its true potential. With now 190BHP and over 420NM of torque this car will surprise many of the cars out there.

Ford Galaxy 2.0TDCI came in for a remap, a pretty heavy family car of course with a surprising 158HP and 366NM on the initial Dyno run.

After a little while we managed to get the car to 184HP and 441NM which are impressive figures for the car and for the engine. The car being quite heavy used to need a while to pick up some pace but that's no longer the case.

Customer left satisfied and so we're happy, this could be you leaving happy from us too so why not get a quote and see where things go?

Had an amazing car this week at TDIclinic, a 2015 Audi RS6 Avant 4.0TFSI V8 that came in for speed restriction removal and while we were there a Dyno also.

The procedure was very quick and successful, we then proceeded to the Dyno where the numbers really did walk the talk. 564HP and 684NM really did show itself under the bonnet of this estate Audi.

An amazing opportunity to showcase that these cars can definitely be worked on, if you do find yourself having one of these and you want to make it faster... Try us.

We don't post all the cars here that we remap but this one was a definite must to mention!

Citroen C2 1.6HDI with a stock 119HP and 260NM. The car coming in at just over 1200kg was already quick as it is only a small car however I don't think that ever stopped anyone from wanting more.

Our remap took this car to 153HP and nearly 360NM. It does make an incredible difference and the customer is more than happy with it.

If you didn't know TDIclinic has an adblue removal service. A great example of this job is this red 2018 Vauxhall Vivaro that came to us as a non runner due to the adblue system failing.

Once the car no longer starts the job is a little more difficult but it is nothing we could not do. The customer came the next day to his work van working as it should with no issues whatsoever.

We can perform this job on cars and vans that are running and not running. If you are struggling with this issue or if you want to future proof your car/van then DM us your reg plate and we can get you a quote, if you're happy with it you'll be booked in as soon as possible!
