We had a clio in today for a puncture repair. A very bad knocking noise was noted when pulling it into the workshop, the customer had heard the noise but wasn’t too concerned 😳 the shock absorber had pretty much snapped in half ! 😬 it is always best to get any knocking noises checked out ✅

Another lucky 🍀 escape for one of our customers with a rattling timing chain on his Renault Trafic. Caught this one just in time! Had it failed completely, the engine would have sustained internal damage. We are also seeing many other Renault models such as Clio’s, captur’s, kadjar’s with timing chain issues. If you can hear any rattling noises from your vehicles engine, no matter how slight it is, don’t ignore it, get it checked out ASAP
