Here’s a DPF we cleaned recently with our new machine, car came in with running issues and various lights on the dash. After checking the soot and ash content on live data, it was clear the DPF was heavily blocked. Removed DPF, cleaned, refitted and reset all parameters. Cars driving like brand new again, and at a fraction of the price of a brand new one, customer was very pleased.

Here’s a timing belt we’ve replaced recently on a 2018 T-roc, being the 1.5 TFSI EVO engine, the electronic camshaft timing adjuster was needed. Being one of very few independent garages that have the tool we are able to carry out the timing belt replacement correctly and to manufacturer specifications. Timing belt replaced and updated on the digital service history. Another happy customer👍🏼

Here’s a timing belt we’ve replaced recently on a 2018 T-roc, being the 1.5 TFSI EVO engine, the electronic camshaft timing adjuster was needed. Carbon cleaning is a preventative maintenance to remove carbon build up inside the engine to allow the engine to run smoother increasing performance and fuel efficiency and the all round drivability of of the car. DPF cleaning can save you thousands of pounds by cleaning your existing DPF rather than replacing with a new one. With the aftercare solution too which coats the inside of the DPF with a protective film to prevent the ash and soot building up again will save you money in the long run. This will also improve fuel efficiency and performance of the car. Here’s a Vauxhall Astra we’ve had in recently for a timing chain replacement. Very poor design from Vauxhall putting the chain gearbox side but nothing that phases us. Found a few other issues along the way, spoke to the customer and got those all rectified while we had the vehicle. Timing chains are a non serviceable item so there isn’t set intervals to replace them, but sometimes they fail. A new modified tensioner was fitted from Vauxhall to prevent this happening again. Here’s a VW golf that was recovered into us with a gearbox fault from a main dealer. The main dealer had told them it needed a new gearbox but after a quick visual inspection we diagnosed it as a mechatronic unit. As you can see in the pictures it’s cracked the casing which had bent the metal cover which was very easy to see. All replaced and coded, and another very pleased customer who will be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
