💰 £25 DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW BOOKINGS 💰

I just want to explain why I’m introducing a £25 deposit for all new bookings going forward.

As most of you know, I run The Valet Guy on my own, and every appointment is carefully planned around the time needed to give your vehicle the best possible clean.

Unfortunately, cancellations at short notice and customers not being available when I arrive can have a real impact on a small business like mine.

When a booking is cancelled last minute, that time has already been set aside for your vehicle. I may have turned other customers away, arranged my working day around the appointment, and lost the opportunity to fill that slot with another paying customer.

Being fully mobile also means planning my day around travel, appointments and the time required for each valet. When a booking falls through unexpectedly, it can leave a gap in my working day that I simply can’t always fill.

I completely understand that circumstances can change, and I’ll always try to be reasonable and fair where possible. However, I also need to protect my time and make sure my business can continue providing the service my customers expect.

So, from now on, a £25 deposit will be required to secure all new bookings.

☑️ The £25 deposit secures your appointment date and time.

☑️ The deposit will be deducted from your final bill — it is not an extra charge.

☑️ The remaining balance is payable on the day of your valet.

☑️ If you need to rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

This isn’t about making things difficult for genuine customers. It’s simply about valuing my time, preventing avoidable lost appointments and ensuring I can continue delivering a reliable, professional service.

I work hard to build my business, and every booking matters. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supports me, recommends me and trusts me with their vehicles 💙
