A pair of BMWs completed in Lichfield recently. Both vehicles booked for major services and one for brakes all round after they were reported on a recent mot.
All repairs carried out at a time that suited the customer while they enjoyed some time at home instead of sat in a noisy garage waiting room.

Got a call a few days ago from a customer who had a terrible noise coming from their vehicle while driving. We quickly got round and carried out a Health Check and identified the Rear Brake Pads were 100% worn and rubbing metal on metal with the brake disc. We also identified the vehicle needed a service, headlight bulb, a wheel bolt due to one was missing and 2 shock absorbers replacing due to leakage. We were able to offer a competitive price and carry out the work at the earliest convenience to avoid the vehicle been off the road any longer. Another happy customer ready to continue motoring safely with her children on board.

Beautiful Jaguar XF R Sport that we have recently taken care of for a good customer of ours. Complained of a rattle on start up and exhaust fumes into the cabin. Vehicle was tested and found to have the dreaded timing chain rattle that the Ingenium engine suffers with. Along with this we found a leaking boost pipe and EGR gasket. All repairs were carried out using Genuine JLR parts following the exact repair methods carried out within the dealer network. Safe to say this engine sounds as good as new and no longer emits the toxic fumes into the cab. One happy customer! Thanks for letting us look after your pride and joy, it was my pleasure

I had a call from a customer selling their old vehicle. It had been stood a little while due to purchasing a new car and been unsure of the best way to sell this one. In that time the brakes had corroded due to lack of use. Cleaning attempts had failed and resulted in the replacement of the front discs and pads. I also carried out an oil service as this was also due. The result, a full prepped vehicle ready for the new owner to collect.

Super busy lately. Started with a service and a pair of rear shock absorbers on a lovely Audi A5 ready for a trip into Europe this summer. This should make the ride down the AutoBahn a lot safer now.

Next up we did a Annual Service and Health Check on a Vauxhall for one of my regular customers

And then onto a very tidy Skoda Octavia for a rear control arm after complaints of a knocking noise from the rear. Upon removal we also found that the spring had fractured so this was replaced at the same time ensuring the safety of the vehicle was not compromised

Wheel bearing completed on this lovely D Max for a local customer. They called complaining of a knocking noise after a "mechanic" replaced the front brakes. A quick investigation found the front wheel bearing had been incorrectly adjusted and left in an unsafe manner. Replacement sourced and fitted all on the customers drive while they spent time with their young family.

Another failed Skoda window regulator replaced. Done a few of these this year already on various models. Condensation within the door causes the cables to rust and seize until they start creaking leading to eventual failure.
