Toyota proace in last week for multiple faults.

Customers complaint was that there was a rattle from the engine which we diagnosed as the dual mass flywheel was worn.

Secondly when the engine was switched off there as a grinding noise this turns out the be the internals of the egr valve where faulty.

Lastly they had also ask us to investigate where
The oil leak was coming from unfortunately this was coming from the cylinder head gasket.

After consulting with the customer we removed the cylinder head and had it refurbished along with fitting a new dual mass flywheel and clutch and egr valve so now the customer has a faultless van back on the road.

2020 Ford ranger in with us last week.

Customer complained about struggling to start when cold and rough running when it eventually started so we connected out diagnostics equipment to identify that two of the five glow plugs had an open circuit.

Once we had permission from the customer we removed the inlet manifold to gain access to the glow plugs and replaced all 5 now from cold starts up no problems another happy customer.

1.0 ecoboost in with us for the famous wet belt replacement only on 37000 miles.

Upon inspection of the belt it showed slight signs of ware but was not terribly this was helped but the condition of the oil was perfect well done to the customer for doing regular oil changes with the correct oil this is a key factor to prolonging the life of these belts.

We supplied and fitted all ford original parts so no worries of premature failure for this customer.

2020 transit in this week for wet belt replacement.

Been replaced previously elsewhere but customer was complaining of lack of power so we stripped it down and descoverd that the timing was out.

We rectified this useing the timing tools to make sure it was spot on and now full power back.

Another happy customer.
