‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ‼️

Due to the loss of my current unit, and not being able to find another one suitable, we are making the unfortunate decision to (hopefully temporarily) close the garage.
As of today no further work will be booked in or taken on.

If and when a suitable workshop becomes available, then we hope to see you all then. I would like to thank all my loyal customers for their continued support throughout my journey.

Unfortunately John has suddenly been taken into hospital for surgery, this will leave him unable to take bookings for several weeks. At this moment we are unsure on how long his recovery will be and will be monitoring his progress, and will keep everyone updated.

🔧Booking fee and cancellation policy for JW Automotive.🔧

Due to frequent no-shows and last minute cancellations, we are unfortunately having to implement a booking fee policy.

A £50 non-refundable booking fee is payable when booking a vehicle in with us. This charge will be deducted from your final bill upon completion of work carried out on your vehicle.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 72 hours notice, your £50 booking fee will help cover a partial amount of revenue lost, and therefore will be recharged again for any future bookings.

These policies are to prevent no-shows and causing interruptions to our working day. We also have a waiting list of customers who could have had those appointments, and allows us to try and book these slots if given notice.
