We went out to diagnose a whining noise, to discover it was coming from the turbo.

Upon investigation we found the turbo impeller bearing had given up causing play against the casing and wearing down the blades.

We replaced along with an oil and filter, air filter and turbo feed to keep within the warranty specifications

A common fault from lack of oil changes that can cause these types of failures.

Our customer was running out of battery by the afternoon so we installed 2x 190 watt solar panels to cope with the demand.

🔋 This system was fitted with a MPPT solar regulator which also allows the customer to connect via Bluetooth so they can see how much power they have gained and monitor via the app.

Here we have a customers car that when driving lost the clutch pedal and was stuck down and not returning.

Upon investigation we found the slave cylinder was leaking causing this to leak fluid out from the bell housing underneath.

We replaced the slave cylinder along with the contaminated clutch.

And the car was back on the road!

The AA said it needed a thermostat housing.

It did not, in fact it needed the coolant housing that had become brittle and broken up.

We replaced the part topped up with new coolant, bled and tested.

The customer was then on their way.

Our customer came to us for a knocking noise on the front suspension when driving.

We located the problem and replaced the correct suspension component.

Whist renewing this part we noticed the front pads were almost metal to metal as the pad wear sensor had come adrift from the pad itself so no signal was sent to the on board computer to indicate the need to replace them.

We caught this just in time before having to renew the brake discs as well, we replaced the brake pads and the customer was on their way.

Here we have a Motorhome that’s water pump was constantly clicking to build up pressure, upon building up that pressure, the boiler dump valve was letting by.

We found the pump was over pressurising, due to a faulty diaphragm once replaced, bled and tested this customer was as back up and running on their holiday
