Vantrax, a business that we have wanted to build as a family for many years, the dream began when we had finished building our first personal van conversion and travelled through Europe staying in the van whilst spending the days riding bikes & going on scenic walks. On our return, it dawned on us that we had indeed caught the van conversion bug. as adventure lovers ourselves wanted to find a way for likeminded people to be able to share that feeling of freedom that we had just experienced. Since then, we have refined our skills, invested in tooling & equipment for our workshop & worked hard to create a HQ that lends itself to creating the ultimate adventure vans & products that we possibly can! An Old friend came to visit today!

TRX001 revisited Vantrax HQ today after being sold to its current owner 2 years ago already!

With a growing family, TRX001’s owners were in need of extra bike storage.
To enable this without hindering access to the garage space, we installed a .europe rotating bike rack!

Now TRX001 is capable of carrying up to 4 bikes on the rear, leaving the garage free for more adventure toys and essentials!

Amazing too see how well the van has performed and held up over 7 years of total use and may it bring its owners many more years of adventures to come!

Still amazed at how much this roof rack absolutely transforms the look of a High-Roof Transit Custom if we do say so ourselves selves! 😎

…..Or any van you fit it on for that matter!

This TraxRack was specked with bespoke cargo trays for strapping down wetsuit bags, surfboards and anything the customer needs to take with them!

TRAXRACK Pro, The End Game Roof-Rack sollution for your Van project!

Jordan approached us after purchasing another brand’s roof rack for his L2H2 Transit Custom and once installed, it left him unfulfilled with its function and styling.

After seeing TRAXRACK on YouTube, Jordan got in contact and outlined his plan and requirements 📋:

✔️- 400w solar array
✔️- space to mount Starlink Satelite Antenna
✔️- Mount Locations for Security Cameras
✔️- Light Weight, low profile, Sleek Styling

Upon collection, Jordan’s reaction to seeing the TRAXRACK Pro installed on his beloved van confirmed that indeed he had found the dream roofrack solution that he had envisaged from the beginning!

What we Installed🧾:

✅- TRAXRACK Pro - L2H2 Transit Custom
With rear load roller

✅- 2 x .solar 200w Bifacial N - Type Solar panels (1200mm x 765mm)

✅- Strolux Front Lightbar

✅- 2 x rear lightbars

✅- 5 x aluminium extrusion crossbars (3 for solar panels, 2 x moveable bars for mounting cargo trays and accessories)

TRX003 Handover day at Vantrax HQ!

Tim is now the proud owner of one mega spec L2H2 Transit Custom!

With a mission to Adventure around the World for an entire year, Tim contacted us after seeing our TRX003 walkthrough on YouTube and realising he may just have found the Vehicle of choice to Transport him across continents on a journey of a lifetime!

After viewing TRX003 at our HQ in Somerset, Tim fell in love with the van, its layout and its function and features.

We made a number of additions upon request to ensure he had everything he needed for his travels:

- Tuff Trek Awning✅
- TRAXRACK Pro Cargo Trays✅
- Read Door ladder✅
- Portable Heated Shower system✅

We also aided Tim in creating a checklist of adventure essentials and a on the road Tool-Kit using our experience from our own Van adventures, ensuring that no matter the situation, he is prepared!

We wish Tim safe travels and an amazing, memorable adventure….. we wish we were coming along too😅!
