We set up SMT after some time spent in the bike training industry where it was realized that managing expectation and communicating well with all types of customer was often not being delivered in a satisfactory way. We aim to try to change this throughout all of our working practices from 1st point of contact to encouraging candidates to return post test and further their development through othe

r disciplines of riding....off road, trackwork etc. Enjoyment through learning is a really important feature for our business model.

May Day Run.....If you're interested...
1st May Richard is meeting at the shop 8am..park in Top tiles behind shop, grab a tea/coffee and then hes riding as a group to Hastings...hangout for while with the 1000's of bikes and people meeting there and then home by lunch.
If you can drop us a message just to give him some idea of numbers...any size bike is fine....
