A fantastic day was had by all at this year's Cotswold Caper, 112 cars took part with excellent feedback on the route and organisation! Thanks to the Thornbury Rugby Club for helping and allowing us to use their facilities and thanks also to all the members who helped to make it such a memorable and successful day. Together we raised over £4500 for the Gloucestershire Focus Cancer Charity, so well done everyone who took part!

Picture from the Wheel Nuts event at St.Rose's last Sunday. There was a huge turnout of cars of every marque imaginable all looking at their very best. There were plenty of spectators as well and we had a busy time chatting to interested people. In addition, we gave out several more membership forms and also Caper entry forms.

Our first evening run of the year, organised by Jan & Gethin finished up at Fostons Ash. We had 18 cars altogether and a big thank you must go to the Polo Pub for coping with the many additions and changes and they were still enthusiastic for our presence. They are also supporting the Caper this year.

Photos of the Sunday Lunch organised by Gethin & Jan at The Frogmill, Shipton Oliffe, Sunday 24th March.
15 of us arrived on a beautiful sunny day, many topless.
The food was excellent and the choices were not the usual Sunday roast fare, including a rarity on the Dessert Menu – ‘Possum’ especially for Dave. (you’ll have to ask him!)

Several members had a very interesting visit to the Oncology department. There were approximately 70 people in attendance.
Attached are a few photos taken, just to let you know the ceiling in the photo was paid for by the monies raised at the MG Christmas dinner 2017 and is in one of the radio therapy rooms.
The monies from the Caper will be going to another Bladder Scanner as seen in the photo.
