For such a little gearbox it weighs a ton!

New Plates and clutch master cylinder ✅️
New Gearbox oil and system bleed ✅️

Customer can now drive above 25 mph again

Injector replacement on this 1.6 Caddy

Engine light on and running extremely rough
Customer didn't like the sound of 300+ for new injector so sourced a reconditioned one from London for half the price.

Injector 1 replaced✅️
Injector 2 cleaned ✅️
New injector coded in✅️

Fuel leak after replacement.
Found leakoff pipe had split on one of the ni***es

Another Alternator belt. This time is was on the trusty Astra Victoria.

On the motorway to a well needed Spa day with the better half and the tensioner decided it wanted some attention.

Tensioner blew to pieces. New parts bought and new tools to get home but unsuccessful.

After one snapped straight bar and a damaged boot on the Fathers car. Andy

Welded a nut to the tensioner bolt and after the 4th time she came free.

New tensioner ✅️
New belt✅️

Leak on thermostat housing causing damage to pipe and housing unit
Thermostat inspected, advised replacement

Housing replaced ✅️
Coolant pipe replaced ✅️
Thermostat replaced ✅️
Coolant system bled ✅️

Inspection of power steering found no power steering fluid. Toped up and power steering back ✅️
