Making use of the under stairs storage space ! Down stairs wc with hand Basin was required for this project to meet the requirements of the family. Fully converted with brickwork/ insulation/ timber suspended floor and main drain connections with external ground work carried out.

Second part to a small extension and structural wall removed.work carried out in Bramhall,
Light grey kitchen with Alcantara work tops and full height wall panelling . Installed luxurious vinyl flooring which transitioned through to a walk through utility room leading to downstairs wc.

Small rear extension to a property in Bramhall and internal wall removed to create larger kitchen family living room. Velux roof windows to let the light in and two pairs french doors to bring the outside in when the Sun shines.

Complete project carried out and finished.
Ground floor extension/utility room/wc and garage. Full refurbishment of existing kitchen with new plastered walls/ceiling and floor. Tiled floor throughout with under floor heating. Kitchen - graphite units & doors, polar white quartz worktops with under-mount sink. Two large electric roof windows, black aluminium sliding doors & windows

A little insight to inside joinery work ! With T G Howe construction All doors are hung with three hinges and chipped in nicely. Under floor heating pump all boxed in with traditional doors. This installation of timber suspended floor and 300 meters of under floor heating pipe divided into 3 zones will certainly keep this build energy efficient.
