New item from the laser.
Wall sign for Lounge or garage. Made from 3.4mm Rosewood ply, you could paint it if you want.
Approximately 600mm long .
Custom made with your Name. £15 plus postage.

Customer had a bike come in with a broken Stainless exhaust, broken in two repaired by the owner using a steel band some exhaust paste and a jubilee clip.
Back in the workshop got it all cleaned up tacked and welded , dressed the welds and polished up .
Looks a 100 times better.

Update on the Cam Am rack.
Back from the powdercoater. All put together for a test fit with all the stainless steel hardware.

My customer Pete, Wanted a carrier for his Can Am . Unfortunately we can not use one of my normal Can Am carrier's, so I have had to redesign it,
Luckily I have Great new bit of kit. With the Arcdroid I can draw it out on the sheet trace round it and then hit cut.
This now allows me to offer custom cut brackets etc.
Just send a cardboard template with all the details on hole centres etc I can trace it and cut.

Well, At last, I have finished my fabrication on the Trike.

Coming to the end of the trike build.
Sent to on the electric Box.
First one had the battery in as well. However when I got the block in I run out of room.
So back to the drawing board.
With limited space and needing access, I came up with a. Drop hinge.
I have installed clips 2 modules and the fuse box with the drop hinge we are able yo get to the fuses.

Busy week in the workshop.
Customer wanted a set on custom bars with a point at the front.

Started off with the risers, there needed copeing at 45degs. I then pulled the double tight bends , using the JD2 bender.
1.75 dia 3mm wall tube .
Just did not want straight bars.

Needed to mess about with the bandsaw to get the angle for the point.

All tubes were drilled for concealed wiring.

Something a little different from the norm.
Turn out pretty good even if I say so myself.

Had a busy weekend ,
Wanted to get some of the
Little jods done .
Started to fit the fuel tank ,
Should have been a quick jod, however the mount that came with the tank , 1 did not line up, 2 was to short so the inlets fit the tank , made a modification to it so now it if with clearance.
Then moved on to the coils,
Decided to fit them under the seat, made some tads . This well keep the leads short
Which left the battery, well now I have all the bits and started assembly , the electric Box I made don't fit.
So plan B, mount the battery on a tray. Using the plate for the EMC . More tabs,
and a right pain in the ass the get the Tig torch in .
Lastly , the custom wanted the rear fenders radius.
