Caravan laundry problem = solved 🧺✨

No washing machine on site? Wet bedding? Or just those massive caravan duvets you’ve been avoiding washing before winter storage? 😅

has self-service laundrettes across the UK, open 24/7, with machines big enough for loads up to 20kg.

You can even leave your washing running, set up an SMS alert and come back when it’s nearly done 🙌

You can find your nearest location using their postcode finder.

Very handy one to save for your next caravan trip, or you just want a break from the kids 😂👀

Colapz Wastemate - our honest review 💦

We’ve been testing out the Wastemate from .colapz this bank holiday weekend in exchange for an honest review. So far we’re impressed with how compact and lightweight it is in comparison to the traditional waste master.

This is a huge deal for us as we have a car that’s rubbish at towing so need to really watch our caravan weight 👀 it also means I can bring more plants, right 😂?

In terms of set up time, it obviously takes longer to set up than a wastemaster as you need to clip the wheels on and clip the bag on to the trolley, but that only takes two minutes and then it’s set for the holiday.

We followed advice from not to air lock the bag by putting the pipe in snug, so we had no issues with bursting (thanks for the tip!).

We only used the wheels on grass and path, fine on these.

It was easy to empty and stored away perfectly in to the bag. I find it easier to keep the bag clean too. I’m not sure if anyone else’s husband is like mine, but Jord always muddies up the big waste master bag so when we put it in the caravan it leaves a horrible wet imprint on the cream rug whenever we travel 🤯

Can’t comment on longevity as we’ve only used it one weekend, but of course will report back next season 🫡

Our honest review of Gulliver’s World Warrington with a toddler 🎢✨

If you’re looking for a UK theme park that actually has LOADS for toddlers to go on, Gulliver’s World is it!

🎠 Loads of little rides Luca could actually enjoy
🛝 We loved that there are play parks dotted around next to the rides too
✨ The park has such a magical feel as soon as you walk in
🥪 Definitely take your own picnic - there are plenty of places to stop and eat
🎢 A few of the rides did feel like they were over SO quickly though 😂

For a 3 year old, there was soooo much to do, even other than rides. Awesome play areas and fun house style attractions, to the dinosaur world!

Would we go back? Yep - but maybe not peak summer holidays!

Caravan reality - this is what our little Lunar caravan looks like when it’s not having a mini photoshoot. I try to keep it clean and tidy, but it’s also well lived in 😂.

Got sooo many little jobs to do over the winter, starting with finding a better option for keeping the frames and shelving on the wall without having to do anything too permanent, any ideas?

Ad | Caravanning with kids - our 3 cheat codes to an easy set up. We can’t promise it’ll be stress free 😂 but these are the 3 things that make our caravan setup so much easier every single trip:

🚗 Get the Speed Track out first
🍓 Set up a snack station
🙌 Give your toddler little jobs to help with

Nothing groundbreaking buuuuut these little caravan setup hacks buy us enough time to get the majority of stuff sorted with minimal interruptions. I can put my plants up in peace 😂😂
