Harrison Billet | What Have We Been Up To...

Lately we have been drawing and programming every single component and caliper we currently offer. This has been due to us changing the machines that make the calipers to our Brother CNC Milling Machines.

We are now getting to the stage where we have every caliper, bracket and sprocket/pulley brake - in polished and black anodised - in boxes, with pads, fully built up and packaged and ready to go.

Its the way forward - along with our website being redesigned at the moment so you can click and buy online - so that yo ucan get access to the Billet you love quickly. We want to get it to a stage where it works like the sister company where every order is shipped same day and we will get there...

Harrison Billet | We Make What We Sell

The most important thing about the Billet brand to us is the ability to say that we make the calipers ourselves - no buying in from far off climes, no out sourcing, no wondering where the metal came from or if it is to our specification.

Because what we do here at Harrison Billet is we cut metal. We buy the aluminium billet blocks in from a local supplier who offers us material certification with every batch. We put those blocks into our own CNC machines and we make BILLET.

We could have gone a different way as so many others do - But for us we can only ever have pride in what we sell if we actually proudly make what we sell.

Never changed, Never will.

CNC Machined. Polished by Hand. Assembled by hand (real people - real hands) before being boxed, certified and sent to you the legends that are our customers.

Harrison Billet | The Devil Is In The Detail

We are loving the addition of Harrison Billet to the HEL Performance family - both companies built on tradition, quality and care.

Our BILLET calipers are all made on our own CNC Milling Machines right here in Devon at HEL HQ. Its taking us a while to get up to speed on all of the models but our plan is, and has always been, to have every single caliper, bracket, pulley brake and associated products in stock, on the shelf, packed and ready to go in both polished and black anodised.

Its serious machine time, serious investment and serious stock holding - But we have always been serious about braking.

And we love it.

Without it whats the point ? We know of so many companies that just don't get it. Its not about the sale, the money, the ringing of the till...

All those things help any business - but they aren't key to people like us.

We would prefer to know that our products are the very best we can make, right here in the UK on our own CNC machines, and that they :

a) look good but more importantly b) keep our customers safe

Thats it. Its passion that has always driven this company. First with Ken disrupting the industry and going his way through to the amazing Janine and Peter pushing the brand further with quality and passion at the forefront of all they did.

Thats what its all about for us - and we will continue Harrison BILLET in exactly the same way.

Its a choice - would you rather a product sat on a shelf or on a bike making a difference to the riders safety and security ?

We have over 1600 dedicated BILLET lovers who follow us on this page - but we would dearly love more...

If you have a motorcycle friend that maybe up for giving us a follow could we ask you to hook them up and give our page a share please ?

And we get it - Nothing is for free. So what we have decided is that as the page grows and the numbers hit certain milestones we will be throwing out some FB only competitions to win some great prizes..

Looking for your help please - Really need some decent quality images of our products on bikes please for adverts we will be running this season.

We love looking at our calipers in our hands - But nothing beats seeing them in their natural habitat.

If you have a minute and wouldn't mind sharing images of our products on any bike - full bike and close ups would be awesome - with the agreement that we could use them if needed in adverts that would be amazing.
