MEET ELIOTT🧔🏽♂️
The face behind Adapt!
Eliott has been within the automotive industry for over 12 years! His career started when he moved to Crewe at 16 to start his apprenticeship with Bentley Motors.
He was there 6 years before moving back closer to home and joined the team at Twisted where built custom Land Rovers for people such as Gordon Ramsay. This is where Eliott knew what kind of work lit him up and what he truly enjoyed doing, focusing on the smaller details for bigger impacts.
After a couple of years, Eliott decided to gain some more experience on the mechanical side of vehicles with a new job, before unfortunately the company went into liquidation and he was made redundant in a matter of days.
Just before this happened, he began working on the first ever Adapt build ‘Pilot’. And when the news came about his job, he decided to take the risk and go all in with Adapt.
From a 16 year old boy moving out of home to start his first apprenticeship 2 hours down the road, to now owning a purpose built unit on his family’s farm for Adapt. Not only that, Eliott has expanded his team to 4 plus a fluffy apprentice (his dog Honey).
Eliott is so meticulous about every detail that goes into every one of your builds, which is reflected through the many reviews of his brilliant customers!
