So with help the from Coolingmist UK I managed to setup the methanol controller and dial in the progressive spray . Now pulling like a train but staying cool 😎 🥶🥶😎 Couldn't really get any pictures of the direct port setup in the intake manifold because the engine bay is so crammed . I have one of when the cylinderhead cracked and was removed so you can see the nozzles on intake manifold.
Also big shout out to Romain at RaceCal for all the support in checking datalogs and correcting the maps. A big thankyou to Lorenzo for helping find my electrical faults that had me pulling my hair out 😅😅. Mechanics are one thing but electronics are another so thanks again and anyone who helped.

Hi all ,so last time I posted was back in Spetember 😬.
Had loads of issues with the cylinder head cracking and having to buy new one, then port the new cylinder head but car is finally back on the road and running sweet . Going to play with the methanol injection today to sort that once and for all.

Ran out if time today but here's the progress on the head so far. 4 more inlet valves to lap in and fit new springs etc also got the block back from being sleeved 😍😍

Bit of Sunday cylinder head building for my Civic Type R FK2 . Lapping valves to head then fitting new uprated springs and spring seats along with collets and spring retainers . 2 down 14 to go 😅

So going to be updating with future builds alot more now as I've been slack on here
Got a direct port methanol system being installed on my Honda Civic FK2 along with many other parts ,Have to wait for engine to come back after having Darton sleeves installed then there will be more updates to follow 😎
