Another EcoBoost saved this week!

This vehicle came in with the oil light on, but fortunately we caught this one just in time. We replaced the timing belt using all genuine parts, cleaned the oil pickup, and carried out a full oil and filter change.

Now it’s back on the road and returned to a very happy customer.

We had this very cool 1920s sunbeam in recently. Customer phoned in to ask if we would be willing to take on the job of repairing the gearbox casting due to the starter motor breaking off. We love a challenge so of course we said yes! With there being a shortage of aluminium in the 1920s and the castings mixed with a lot of zinc this made for some tricky welding. However we got the job done and also added an additional support bracket to the back of the starter motor to prevent this from happening again. Collected from and delivered back to one very happy customers drive!
