Vw T4 2.5tdi customer complaint of suspected clutch release bearing failure. Upon further investigation we found that the clutch release operating arm was broken.
New part sourced and fitted and customer requested for us to supply and fit a new clutch kit whilst the gearbox was out.

Mercedes Vito W639 in for a seized viscous fan clutch. On further investigation, we also found a damaged auxiliary belt idler pulley and as a result there was excessive wear on the auxiliary belt too.
New viscous fan, two new idlers and auxiliary belt fitted. Vehicle health check carried out with no other issues found.
