Swing arm now Cerakoted , for the RGV500 , this arm has been re-fabricated to look like the XR84 from a VJ23 arm , now lengthened by 30mm too , not a bad effort 👍
Now to tackle the Frame to achieve the same . 😬

So it’s been a while , but the Suzuki RGV500 XR84 replica swing arm is almost there ! Great job by Steelheart Engineering .

So work has begun on replicating the Schwartz XR84 1994 swing arm and frame ,nice bit of progress here .
