📄 What’s changing?

Going forward, we will be sending out our Terms & Conditions form for customers to read, sign and return when sending their calipers in to us.

This is to make sure everything is clear from the start and that all customers understand and agree to our terms before work proceeds.

📦 A few important reminders: ✅ Please package your calipers securely. 🚚 Use a tracked courier service and keep your proof of postage. 📝 Make sure your signed Terms & Conditions form is included with your calipers. 📋 Include your name and contact details with your parcel. ℹ️ Please read the terms carefully, including the section covering loss or damage in transit.

We appreciate all your continued support and want to keep the refurbishment process as smooth and straightforward as possible for everyone! ❤️
