For sale - our genuine 1966 Lotus Cortina Mark 1.
This is a very original survivor car rather than a restored example, and as such remains gloriously patinated, reflecting its 60 year existence.
Still has it’s original bodyshell.
This is one of the batch sent to the USA in 1966, and hence is left hand drive. This quite exceptional 1974 Rover P6 3500S has just arrived, and before it goes into our workshop for a full check over, I thought I’d share it with you.
It’s the one everyone wants - with the manual gearbox.
83000 miles with history back to day 1, and just 2 previous owners on the V5 - the last owner acquired it in 2013 and has kept it meticulously maintained thereafter, including a bare metal repaint in the correct Cameron Green.
He’s used it for continental touring inc trips to Le Mans.
In my opinion, it’s an exceptional car, and if I didn’t have too many toys already, I’d be keeping it!

It’s been great fun whizzing around in this over the summer, but now it’s someone else’s turn. This is a 1965 Mini Moke- one of the originals, not one of the Australian or Portuguese later ones. Almost all the early ones were green, but a few that were ordered for a specific purpose came in other colours. This one served with the Rhodesian Fire Service hence its fire engine red.
