π¨ Polite message for new/exsiting customers π¨
We have recently added a change of how we require payment due to a handful of customers taking a considerable long amount of time to pay outstanding bills, which leaves us no choice but to pay their outstanding parts bill which then results in us being out of pocket until customers decide to pay. We then have to chase customerβs until payment has been paid which is time consuming.
We now require half of the quote given to be paid before any parts are ordered to proceed with the job. I hope you all understand and this isnβt something we wanted to do but as a small business we really donβt have the time to be chasing payment.
