T8 APC kit, price increase. Now £75.

Unfortunately the cost of these genuine Pierburg Valves (OEM to SAAB) has increased.
We are also now manufacturing the T5 > T8 adapter cables in house and no longer using an external supplier. These new cables use Automotive grade cable and genuine Bosch plugs.

The T8 APC valve kit includes the APC valve itself, Adapter cable and a Bracket if required for 9000 mounting. Not required for GM900/9-3. Instructions included.

** Why do i need this ?. The original T5 APC valves are no longer available, and if still fitted to the car are almost certainly dead now and not functioning. (Boost in mid-yellow area). If you currently have a T7 APC then you will be aware of the rattle / clicking noise at idle in traffic. Which can be annoying. T8 APC valves are silent.

** IF you already have a T7 APC converted car, then this is a direct fit. If you are still running T5 APC, or the ECU is standard then the ECU itself will require Hardware PCB modification and also a Firmware change to support this new T8 APC valve. You must not install to an unmodified ECU. Damage will occour.
We can modify your ECU for just £20, or included with any Remap from us.

Lovely 1999 9-3 Aero in today for an EcoTorq remap.
+10bhp More than standard at 215bhp but only using 95 E10 petrol. Giving an improvement of +4mpg average.

Over the course of 1 year this can be quite a saving on Fuel. Additionally the vastly improved mapping gives better drivability in typical road traffic.

If premium fuel prices are getting you down, then consider EcoTorq !. Note this is only for 95 E10 RON petrol. It cannot be used on 95 E5. Since the Ignition Timing is optimised for the 10% Ethanol in E10.

Anyone looking for a very low mileage 9000 in the UK ?.
I have a customer that is looking to sell one of his 9000's, a 1998 "S" plate 9000 2.0T Anniversary with just 34,000 miles. I have personally worked on the car for the last few years and can honestly say its probably THE best 9000's in the UK. Ive not seen another which is still so close to being showroom fresh.
More details to come soon. The price is £9,700. If you are genuinely interested then please message me and i will put you in touch with the owner who has many other fine 9000 examples. But this is the only one he has for sale.
