PART TIME JOB ADVERTISEMENT!

At The Bungay Group Ltd we are an independent roadside recovery provider in Southern England, we work for companies such as the RAC, Call Assist, One Call and many more.

We have a vacancy for an evening controller to join us in the control room which is based in Sonning Eye Reading.

If you can manage under pressure at times and fast-paced thinking, then this job could be for you! This is a role which will involve but not limit to answering calls from motoring organizations regarding jobs and taking jobs for our roadside operatives to complete. We use a system on the computer called APEX where we can ensure the drivers are taking the correct images and see in detail what is wrong with a vehicle. Once the driver has completed you will be notified on a mobile and they will ring for their next job, on the system you will then clear the job down with the correct mileage and any extra equipment used. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and to be organised and sometimes flexible. Previous experience in a customer service-based role will be an advantage, however full training will be provided.

This role will be office based, part time working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4pm-10pm and every other Saturday 1pm-7pm and pay will be at £10 per hour.
