I was working in design engineering, but in 2018, after my son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, I made the decision to step away from that career. Family comes first, and I needed someth

ing more flexible to suit our circumstances. That’s when I decided to become a driving instructor—it allows me to do something I enjoy while having the freedom to manage my own hours and be there for my family.
