Thieves about again. Just seen a light green moped, no plate, male teen riding with a female on the back. Came from Tamerton Folliot into Ernesettle. From Lakeside drive went down the footpath towards the woods/river. Anybody missing their moped likely still down there. Looked like a piaggio, maybe a ET4. Tried the non emergency police but to busy to take the call, didn't bother with 999 as we know from experience it's won't be a priority.
