Huge congratulations to Shannon who passed at the first attempt this afternoon at Sidcup TC with just 2 minor driving faults. Shannon found early lessons difficult but took the brave decision to buy herself a car 6 weeks before her test in order to get some additional hours in and properly prepare for her test. She’s worked so hard over those weeks and today, despite nerves, she got what she’d worked so hard for. Pass number 22 of 2026

Congratulations to Lucia who passed at the first attempt earlier this morning at Sidcup TC with 0 driving faults. A little extra pressure this morning as Lucia purchased her first car YESTERDAY but she took everything in her stride and got a deserved first time pass. Big thanks to mum Sam for all the additional private practice over recent weeks. Pass number 21 of 2026

Belated congratulations to Sophie who passed at the first attempt very early yesterday morning at Sidcup TC with just 4 minor driving faults. Despite her busy schedule Sophie always found time for her weekly lesson. Big thanks to her mum Ali for taking her out regularly in the lead up to the test and working on the issues I’d raised. She owes you !!

Huge congratulations to Aoife who passed at Sidcup TC this afternoon with just 1 minor driving fault. Aoife picked things up very quickly and developed in to a really good driver but just couldn’t manage to pass the test on previous attempts. Today felt different, more relaxed and focused and just the 1 fault. It would have been easy to give up but she’s showed great determination over the last few months to keep driving and today she got her well deserved reward. Pass number 15 of 2026

2nd pass of the day. Congratulations to Jian who passed at the first attempt this afternoon at Sidcup TC with just 1 minor driving fault. Jian came to me with driving experience in Malaysia and US so dint need too much practice to get him test ready. The biggest issue was the fact that he moved to Oxford after starting lessons so had to make the journey back to Orpington several times before his test. Luckily he picked everything up quickly so today’s test proved not too difficult. Pass number 13 of 2026
