🚗💥 FIRST TIME PASS FOR STOKESY! 💥🚗

A massive congratulations to Owen Stokes, AKA Stokesy, who passed his driving test FIRST TIME today in Nuneaton with just 2 driving faults! 👏✅

Owen has been an absolute pleasure to teach from day one. He put a huge amount of effort into his lessons and, with plenty of additional driving experience alongside his family, worked incredibly hard to build his confidence and develop his skills behind the wheel.

That extra practice really showed, allowing us to focus on refining his car control, developing his road awareness and making sure he was more than ready for whatever the test threw at him. 👌

Today’s test was made even more challenging by the fact it was a full rain drive 🌧️🚗 This was something Owen hasn’t had much practice of during his lessons. Despite the difficult conditions and reduced visibility, he stayed calm, adapted brilliantly and showed excellent judgement throughout. A fantastic effort! 👏
And remembered to get his wipers on 😬😬😬

Being a die-hard Coventry City fan, there was absolutely no chance he was turning up to his driving test without his Cov shirt on! 🩵⚽ Clearly it brought him a bit of luck, although thankfully his driving was considerably more reliable than the average football result this season! 😂

Beyond the driving, Owen is a genuinely brilliant young man. He’s got some really interesting ambitions for his future, and with the attitude, maturity and determination he’s already showing at his age, I’ve got absolutely no doubt he’ll go on to achieve whatever he sets his mind to. A proper good head on his shoulders! 👏

Now, I do also need to issue a formal apology to Owen’s mum… 😬😂

Unfortunately, I was a willing accomplice in convincing her that he’d FAILED his test! 🤦‍♂️

I couldn’t turn down the opportunity! Sorry Mum! 😂❤️

Seriously though, Stokesy, you’ve been an absolute credit to yourself and your family. You’ve thoroughly earned this result and I couldn’t be happier for you!

Enjoy the freedom, keep those standards high and stay safe out there mate! 🚗💨

🎉 FIRST TIME PASS FOR ASHTON BASSETT! 🎉

Ash passed today with just ONE driving fault! 👏

And of course, it was for control on the reverse bay park. The lad can reverse a horsebox but apparently a car between two lines is where it gets complicated… 🤦‍♂️😂🐎

Honestly, I feel like I can’t take much credit for this one. But I will anyway 😁

Ash was a bit of a cheat code from the start. With driving experience going back to when he was 11, his control and natural ability were clear from that very first lesson.

Credit to him, he wanted to make sure he was fully safe and ready for the road. Having the control is one thing. Reading situations, anticipating what other people might do and knowing when to hold back are what turn that ability into safe, confident driving.

Ash brought a brilliant attitude to every lesson. He listened, paid attention to the details and never let his existing ability stop him from learning. Finding things to fine tune certainly made me work for my money, but I loved every moment! 😂👏

An incredible driver and a thoroughly deserved result.🐎🏆

Congratulations! Enjoy your freedom and stay safe! 🚗💚

🎉🚗 KATE HAS PASSED! 🚗🎉

A massive congratulations to Katie Smith, who passed her driving test today in Nuneaton! 🥳

Let’s just say it wasn’t her first rodeo… but it was her last! 🤠✅

Test nerves can be a huge hurdle, and Kate had more than her fair share to overcome. But she kept showing up, kept pushing through and today conquered those nerves to get the result she deserved! 💪

Although apparently passing the test was easier than convincing her she’d passed… the examiner told her TWICE and she still didn’t believe it! 😂

This is so much more than a driving licence. It’s freedom, independence and a whole new world of opportunities for Katie and her family. ❤️

Kate, you should be so proud of yourself. It takes real determination and perseverance. You’ve shown exactly why it’s worth it.

Enjoy every mile of this next chapter 🚗💚

Also Katie or Kate? Who knows. You decide.

🧹 Ana cleaned up in Coventry! 🚗🎉

A huge congratulations to Ana Maceio on passing her driving test FIRST TIME with Learner Lane! 🙌

Ana put so much time and dedication into her preparation outside of lessons, and today she got her well deserved reward 👌

Her attention to detail was brilliant, but one of her biggest strengths was being honest whenever she didn’t fully understand something. She would always ask, we would work through it, and her progress was all the quicker for it. A wise woman👏

Ana found the perfect recipe for success and finished on a high note! 🎂🎶

Calm throughout the test… right up until she heard the result. Then all that composure went straight out the window! 😂

Proud of you, Ana. Enjoy your freedom 🚗

🎉 FIRST TIME PASS FOR RONAN! 🚗✅

Massive congratulations to Ronan Jacques, who passed his driving test first time this morning! 👏

Ronan has been brilliant to teach from start to finish. He absorbs information incredibly quickly and has a great ability to take something on board and apply it straight away, even in the moment when things are happening around him.

One of his biggest strengths has been his self analysis. He has always been able to recognise what went well, understand what could have been better and make the necessary adjustments himself. That ability has played a massive part in how quickly he has progressed and become a full licence holder.

Ronan is also someone with plenty of ambition, both in the driving seat and outside of it. That motivation to keep improving and achieve his goals has been clear throughout his lessons, and today’s result is a great reflection of the attitude he has shown.

A very well deserved result 💪🔥

Enjoy the freedom Ronan, and all the best with everything you go on to achieve! 🚗💨

🚨🎉FIRST TIME PASS 🎉🚨

Huge congratulations to George Richardson on passing his driving test first time in Nuneaton! 🥳🚗

George took a slightly different approach to his learning by practising outside of lessons in an automatic while continuing to learn in a manual with me. Being able to regularly switch between the two takes a high level of skill and adaptability, and he made that transition look effortless.

What really stood out about George was his dedication to improving every single day. He was always looking to build his knowledge, ask questions, and understand not just what to do, but why he was doing it. That mindset, combined with his focus and consistency, made today’s result feel like the natural outcome of all the hard work he’d put in.

It’s been a pleasure watching your confidence grow behind the wheel, and I’m sure the same attitude that got you your licence first time will take you a long way in whatever comes next.

Enjoy the freedom, stay safe, and thank you for trusting me to be part of the journey! 🚙💨

P.S Sorry I had to chuck in one of them candid photos too. Don’t hate me 😬

🚗🎉 PASS ALERT 🎉🚗

Massive congratulations to Simon White on passing his driving test this morning in Hinckley with just 2 driving faults! 👏

What’s even more impressive is that Simon managed to do it in less than a day’s worth of lessons.

Straight away I could tell he had a natural feel for driving. Everything just seemed to click, and he picked things up unbelievably quick. It also helped that we got on really well, so every lesson was relaxed, productive and genuinely good fun.

What makes this pass even better is knowing where Simon started. After being involved in an accident as a passenger, he had a real fear of being on the road. To overcome that, build his confidence back up and go on to pass his test is a massive achievement, and one he should be really proud of.

Passing today opens so many doors for him too. Whether it’s for work, hobbies or just having the freedom to get where he wants without relying on anyone else, it’s a huge step forward.

The only downside to today… England couldn’t quite follow Simon’s lead tonight! 😂⚽

Congratulations again, Simon. It’s been a pleasure, mate. Stay safe and enjoy the freedom! 🚘💨

🚗 FIRST TIME PASS 🚗

A huge congratulations to David Little on passing his driving test FIRST TIME this morning in Nuneaton with just 2 driving faults! 👏🥳

And he couldn’t have picked a tougher day to do it! With record-breaking heat across the UK, sitting in a car for 40 minutes while being tested wasn’t exactly ideal. ☀️🥵

Ok… the AC was working perfect but we all make excuses to make it sound better right?

For such a young lad, David has got his head screwed on. From day one he listened, learned and improved at an incredible rate. His driving went from strength to strength, and before long it just became second nature.

One thing I really respected about David was that he never felt the need to suddenly change the way he drove just because it was test day. So many people try to drive differently to impress the examiner, but David trusted his ability, drove the way he’d been taught and let his natural flow, control and decision making do the talking.

Outside of driving, I know this pass is going to make a massive difference. David plays a huge role in his dad’s business, and having that extra freedom is only going to help take things to the next level. I genuinely wish you both every success.

Today was a Little step into the test centre… but a giant leap towards your future. 😉
Ok that was embarrassing but we move.

Congratulations again David. Stay safe and enjoy every mile! 🚗💨

🚗🔥 PASS ALERT 🔥🚗

A***n Heer – PASSED in Coventry!

If there was an award for most questions asked about test day… A***n would’ve won it comfortably 😂 The nerves were definitely there, and the build up to the test came with plenty of questioning and a bit of overthinking along the way.

But when it came down to it, he kept things simple. He trusted his ability, drove how he normally does, and got the job done.

He’s not just a talented driver, but a genuinely kind person as well. Always respectful, always willing to listen and improve, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

A***n now has the licence to match his ability. A proper life skill secured, and one that will only create more opportunities for him moving forward, especially with the work he’s doing.

Massive congratulations A***n, well deserved 👏

🚗🔥 PASS ALERT 🔥🚗

Malcom Munthali – PASSED in Coventry with just 2 driver faults!

A seriously impressive drive from Malcom. From early on it was clear he had a natural feel for the car. He turned that into a strong, controlled performance on test day to come away with a well deserved pass.

Being an aerospace engineer, you can see exactly why. Precision, awareness and calculated decision making are all part of his world, and he brought that straight into his driving. Everything had a calm logic to it, smooth, measured and efficient from start to finish.

What really stood out though was how laidback he is. Some might think that could slow progress down, but in reality it made him very coachable. He never got frustrated and just absorbed information at his own pace. That ability to stay relaxed and open meant he improved quickly without ever looking under pressure.

Always in a good mood, always smiling, and just taking everything in his stride. Made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Massive congratulations Malcom, quality result 👏
