Every weekend is an adventure for us now we live in our van. We have the best routine, on Friday morning we pack up and leave the campsite near our work, check the surf and weather forecast and decide where we will head on Friday afternoon when we finish work. This was our camp spot in the North Yorkshire Moors last night. We are craving longer trips further afield but they can wait, for now we are happy being weekend warriors!

Back in Wales for some mountain biking this weekend, it’s hard not to fall in love with this place, the scenery is out of this world, even when it torrential rains all day we still love it!

Sorry we have been a little quiet on here lately but we have been busy making major changes to our working lives, now our van build is complete and our house is sold we are back working our day jobs full time and full time van life. Our mission now is to save money and plan another epic trip in our van when permitted. So for now we are living on a campsite for a very reasonable price during the week near our jobs then hitting the road for weekends away.

A few shots from yesterday, the weather today is somewhat different. Looking like we got super lucky with the conditions! Thanks Adam for showing us so much and pushing our van to it’s limits with full control. We are beyond stoked!

We feel very privileged to have gotten the chance to see some unspoiled parts of Wales today with check out or stories for the proof our sprinter is pretty capable off-road!

Where will your next adventure be? Now we feel like we can actually start planning a few trip this summer around the U.K. and make the most of some campsites whilst they can only accept self contained vehicles.

Can we go on holiday yet Boris?! This weekend will be spent sealing up the shower cubicle and testing out our water installation 🤞🏼 for no leaks. Then the only thing stopping us getting away for a few nights is the law!

1 year ago today we picked up our sprinter from the body shop after she had her respray. Looking back we realise how lucky we were to have managed to get this work done just days before the first national lockdown was announced! We have spent so much time (and money) fitting accessories to external of the vehicle. The latest edition was the expedition rails to help protect the gear on the roof rack when we go down tight lanes with low branches. We are totally stoked with the way our beast is looking!!
