We can now do smoke testing too 💨
This little guy can fill the intake system so we can see if there’s any little leaks that normal diagnosis can’t find.
This issue was spotted without the smoke tester but we also found a significant amount of others with the tester connected so it’s a win win tool to have at our disposal.

Another day another timing chain 😎 hearing these N47’s is like listening to a sewing machine for me now 🎶
More of a preventative maintenance issue for this one and a horrible vibration caused by the solid flywheel. Replaced with a DMF and new clutch no more vibrations.

This was a fun one and a brain tester for sure but we had it sussed in a hour and back to running sweet with a new air filter and fuel filter 👌😎

Customer got in touch and asked to fit a NOX Sensor. Was a bit tricky but managed to get it out with out pulling the threads 😎

Reason for replacement: “Somebody code read it and the NOX sensor was mentioned”
After going to 2 different garages and a mobile mechanic who won’t be named this customer ended up with a bill of over £2,000 for work that wasn’t even needed.

The actual issue! The air intake pipe from the filter box to the inlet manifold wasn’t even connected. Therefore the air flow meter reading is incorrect and set a bunch of phantom codes.

Remember boys and girls anyone can buy a scanner cheap these days and pretend to be a mechanic 🫡.

Gotta keep them fed and watered to get the best discounts 😎😎

Customer asked on social media regarding a subframe that needed our attention, And I am not surprised why!

New Subrame supplied by rhe customer, we supplied Second hand driveshaft, drivers (O/S/F) lower suspension arm and anti roll bar drop link along with new gearbox oil

Interesting job to say the least but none the less we got it done and returned ready for many miles to go

Few niggly bits to sort but she’ll be good to go in no time

Customer got in contact after the clutch pedal got stuck on the floor.
Initial diagnosis was the clutch slave cylinder had burst as the fluid reservoir was dangerously low!
New clutch and dual mass flywheel kit supplied and fitted (I can do a good deal on these fitted at the moment) 💥ask me for more information💥

Once the system was bled and pressure was applied to the clutch pedal a grinding feeling could be felt through the pedal so a new clutch master cylinder is to be fitted tomorrow 😎
