🏆 BMW Group Academy UK Sports Day 2026! 🏆

What a fantastic day of teamwork, recognition, learning and a little bit of healthy competition! 💪🏽

We kicked off the morning with breakfast baps 🥓🥪, followed by valuable business insights, team recognitions and interactive workshops — a great opportunity to reflect, learn and celebrate the achievements of our amazing team.

Then it was time to swap the meeting room for the sports field! 🏃‍♀️🏅 The afternoon was packed with a variety of sports day activities, challenges and plenty of friendly competition… with an all-important ice cream break, of course! 🍦😉

It was brilliant to see everyone getting involved, supporting one another and having fun. Days like this are a great reminder of the importance of team building, collaboration and taking time to celebrate the people behind what we do.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the day so much fun! 💙

Yesterday the BMW Group Academy UK had the privilege of visiting the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood - touring their training academy and factory plant. It was an inspiring opportunity for our apprentice trainers to step outside the classroom and visit one of BMW Group's brands. They experienced exceptional craftmanship up close, and had the opportunity to see behind the scenes of the production line of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

A huge thank you to Rolls-Royce for their warm welcome and for sharing such an unforgettable brand experience.

At the BMW Group Academy UK/IE, we offer a dedicated Mentor Training Programme designed to give mentors the skills, tools and confidence to guide, support and inspire apprentices throughout their journey.

Leah completes her Bodyshop training at our training providers (Inspiro Learning) training facility in Doncaster while doing her Level 3 Accident Repair Technician Apprenticeship at her BMW retailer, and we're incredibly proud to see her talent and hard work being recognised on the national stage.
