Customer complained that the drivers front wheel was very hot and a burning smell evident. Checked and found that the brake caliper had seized solid. Replaced both front brake callipers, bled the brake system and managed to save the discs.

Ford Mondeo correction tune done by us at STS today. Customer was experiencing flat spots and poor fuel consumption. Removed the engine ecu EDC17CP42 from the vehicle and corrected the file. Vehicle now pulls like a train without flat spots 💪🏻. One very happy customer with the final result 😎

This photo has not been enhanced, nor any filter applied. This is the brake fluid we bled out of a car today. Your vehicles brake fluid should be golden brown and bled out every 2 years as it absorbs moisture. This has come out of a vehicle that hasn’t had a break fluid change in 5 years. Old fluid drained out and new golden brown fluid replenished.

We don’t just do tuning, we do fault diagnosis and repairs too. Vauxhall Zafira went to another garage for a running issue, replaced the air mass sensor and charged the customer. Customer still had the same issue. We run a diagnostics on the vehicle, found the throttle body was heavily sooted and 2 pipes partially blocked. We cleaned the throttle unit, unblocked the pipes and reset the adaptions on the vehicle.... it now runs perfectly.
