Customer Complaint:
Front left and right doors do not open from the outside but open from the inside. Additionally, the seat belt does not latch properly.

Action Taken:
Replacement parts were ordered as required. The faulty components were replaced, and the job was completed successfully. All issues have been resolved, and the vehicle is now functioning as expected.

This was a challenging job on a Mercedes B-Class, where we had to replace the glow plugs, which were hidden beneath the EGR valve and turbo pipes. The process took several hours, but with persistence and expertise, we successfully completed the replacement. Another tricky job done and dusted!

We recently provided a mobile service in Rugby for a customer with a 2022 Nissan Juke. The customer reported that the battery warning light was showing on the dashboard, the car was cutting out while driving, and at times, wouldn’t start. After diagnosing the issue, we tested the alternator and found it wasn’t charging the battery. We quickly ordered a replacement alternator, installed it, and brought the car back to life — running smoothly once again! Another happy customer back on the road.

A customer reported hearing noises from the passenger side suspension whenever they hit a pothole. After a thorough inspection, we discovered significant play in the ball joint. We replaced the faulty ball joint, and after a test drive, the noise was completely gone. Another satisfied customer back on the road!

A customer experienced white exhaust smoke after inadvertently overfilling her vehicle’s engine with an extra 10 liters of oil. This overfill led to oil entering the combustion chamber, resulting in visible smoke. We addressed the issue by draining the excess oil, ensuring the engine was filled to the manufacturer’s recommended level. After allowing the vehicle to rest briefly, the customer was able to drive away without further issues.

A customer recently approached us after accidentally overfilling her engine with an extra 10 liters of oil, leading to thick white smoke emanating from the exhaust during drives. Overfilling the engine can cause excess oil to burn, resulting in such smoke.

We promptly drained the surplus oil, refilled it to the correct level, and allowed the vehicle to rest briefly. After these adjustments, the car was back to optimal performance, and the customer drove away satisfied and relieved.
