This is a brake pad calliper carrier. Its only job is to hold the brake pads in place and give the calliper somewhere to bolt on to.

We’re not immune to getting the wrong parts!!!

On the project Range Rover the drivers side suspension airbag split (as you can see it looking old)

I replaced it with a arnottsuspension full strut as you can see in the photo this one was incorrect but one quick call and I got the correct one same day!

When doing air suspension work I love to use arnottsuspension with 38 years of experience you know your getting top quality simply to fit and brilliant ride comfort you can’t do better

This tyre was only put on a week before this happened!!! 🤬😡

As you can see from the pictures this pot hole is horrendous as a reference i have size 14 feet and it just swollowed my foot😱

Another new tyre later and the customer is back up and running. The council will be footing the bill for this one I’m sure!!!

1st Job on the project car, O/S/F anti roll bar link.

Let’s start small and get to the bigger jobs later!!!☺️

Make sure you put the air suspension in jacking mode!!🚗👨🏻‍🔧

Top tip when doing antiroll bar links jack up both drivers and passengers side of the vehicle on the axel you are working on, trust me it will help☺️👨🏻‍🔧

When your reversing it’s best to be able to see where your going 😂

This LED upgrade for the reverse light is a massive help in being able to see! I use autobeam 955 Reverse unit twin pack. £40 for 2 bulbs after fitting sounds expensive but this picture speaks for its self you can’t put a price on being able to see where you going!💡💡

Sometimes it’s the “little” things that fail an MOT. This split ball joint dust cover is a prime example of that.

As you can see I had to remove the entire O/S/F strut assembly to change this one
