Some Sad News to report that Lee (aka Welly from the forum days) has sadly passed away.

Whilst not massively active on the club forums and pages, he attended many events, cruises and shows and a large portion of the Maxxd family would know or know of him from their time round the circuit!

He had some crazy builds with his dad in the early days; often before he could even drive himself!

Our condolences to all that knew him, his friends and family and the car community in general who has lost a really likeable character.

Rest Easy Lee. You’ll be missed by many.

[Stickers] I've been asked a couple of times about stickers, as it happens im having some produced for our club stand at Trax Show in a couple of weeks time, it was a small quantity for the cars on the stand but im more than happy to order some more if these is a demand for a bit of Retro Maxxd-ness!

They'll be a couple of quid, and im just doing white for now in the original flame design (see Below)

[Mansfield Car Show] - Can those interested in showing their vehicle/s please upload a photo into this post please?

Afternoon all.

We have been in talks with Mansfield District Council for the past six months about a car show they are hosting later this year.

Would anyone be interested in showing their vehicle and be willing to speak with members of the public about their car?

It would be held on a weekend (Sunday 22nd October) and you would be required to stick around for the entire day (11am - 3pm), cars will be fenced off should you not want people getting too close.

Please do let us know and we might just arrange a stand, booking forms need to be completed for the 1st October.
