Bit of an update on what's been going on with our build off bike against , life and work took priority and unfortunately ended with us not making the boot bikers show last weekend, but I'm gunna keep pushing to get this bike done before Oct and hopefully work something out to be able to have a redemption run on it

Sunday chopper day, spent a couple of hours in the shop this afternoon sorting out the oil tank for the build off shovel, still soon much to-do on this thing, but progress is progress, once the oil tank is complete it's on to the new fuel tank

The night train is just the gift that keep giving, found more damage in the primary than initially expected and now the entire charging system needs to be replaced, due to poor quality work and fitment of incorrect parts by previous shop, doing of the comp was out causing the nut to chew up the cover and send all the shavings through the rest of the primary, the rotor was the wrong size (45 amp rotor with the rest of the system being 32amp), clutch hub was installed incorrectly causing the teeth to break on the spline, parts ordered and on the way.

But on a better note managed to spend a few hours today getting the mudguard mounted on the build off shovel and a few bits blasted, and decided to start over on the fuel tank to make something even better and a hell of alot cooler

A few of the jobs from this month, night train in for electrical issues diagnosis, road glide for tyres and floorboards swap, wide tyre softail in for a swingarm and rear wheel alignment issue (turns out the axle was machined wrong and didn't sit correctly). Sportster getting a bit of treatment, fork seals, exhaust gasket replacement custom stainless saddlebag supports and rear shocks swap then found a munted exhaust rocker so swapped that out and bike back to running sweet And got to weld up the front subframe on a Ferrari, it's not been a bad time

2017 Harley breakout we finished up, bike came in for a bit of a restore and paint repair as well as dent removal on both mudguards.

Wheels were stripped and then sent off to to be dipped to remove the old factory flaking powder and then redone in high gloss black,
Serviced new pads and wheel bearings, fork seals and a general tidy up.

This came out rather nice of I do say so myself

Again huge thanks to for the trust and he's made some amazing baseball bat mounts for them.

Epic set of tanks we did in collaboration with , I did the prep and prime, then handed back to ash for him to do his thing and lay down some amazing artwork and yes that is all hand drawn pencil art, once done ash dropped them back off for me to add the candy fades and dip in in the shiny sauce.

Huge thanks to ash for trusting me to bring his artwork to life

Road king finished up for now for a customer, complete respray, new seat, new tyres new custom 2into1 exhaust, service and fix all the minor issues. Next is to colour match a set of hard bags once the customer has them, but very happy with how it's turned out. And the customer is over the moon with it.
