CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR £22,500 PA

Parkhills Car Centre have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team at our Radcliffe site within our busy New and Used Car Dealership.

As a New and Used Car Service Advisor you will act as first point of contact for all customers and potential customers both on the telephone and in person providing outstanding customer care.

Data input including invoicing customers and also recording all parts/goods/services purchased by the business.

Checking all paperwork against It system to confirm accuracy.

Meet and greet customers.

Check vehicles in, gather information from customer and input this onto a computer.

Accurately Complete job cards will mileage and details of the work completed.

Liaise with Technicians and Sales Advisors about vehicle updates and ensure vehicles ready on time.

Keep customers updated while vehicle is in the garage.

Quoting customers for work.

Advise on our products and services
Assist in warranty claims.

Organising the workshop diary.

Booking courtesy vehicles in and out ensuring they are clean & tidy.

Booking parts in and out ensuring paperwork is accurate and up to date.

Texting/ringing customer when Mot & Service is due.

General housekeeping duties.

Promoting the business by encouraging customers to leave reviews and engaging on Social Media.

Complete all onsite training modules.

Able to respond to a range of enquiries confidently.

Able to seek advice and help from staff when required.

Able to work to deadlines.

Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

Keyboard and It skills essential.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00. Alternate Saturday's 8.30 -12.30

Desired skills.

We are looking for an individual who ideally will have experience in a Service Advisor role within the Motor Trade.

You will ideally have GCSE A to C or equivalent in both Maths and English. You will be able to demonstrate Customer Service Experience. Experience working in a vehicle repair workshop environment desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00 per year increasing to £22,500 on completion of 3 month
