Job Description
Account Manager:
Telematics, Vehicle CCTV, Automotive Security Solutions & Power Management, Experience within the Emergency Service sector preferred as you will be responsible for overseeing blue light installations.
Responsible for all aspects of operational activity, business growth and client retention associated with a portfolio of client accounts, your duties will include:
Client Relationships
Managing a portfolio of client relationships being the most important role requirement.
Client Advocate
Act as the client advocate to ensure that all departments understand your client’s requirements and respond in line with needs and expectations in a timely manner.
Managing Projects
Working closely with the Installations & Projects Team, responsible for delivering and implementing projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations where possible.
Sales & Sales Support
Not only responsible for inbound enquiries on your accounts, but also new business, repeat business, parts only despatch orders but also cross selling. This includes liaising with R&D/Engineering for technical specifications and all documentation / output including proposals. Larger opportunities to be passed onto New Business Sales Team.
Service Level Agreements & Maintenance Contracts:
Implementation, Management & Reporting
Working closely with the Service Desk Team you are responsible for the monitoring of all service calls, response times and billing of chargeable elements where appropriate. You will report back to the client regarding such including TVG performance against SLA. On occasion you will also deal with any short notice requirement and escalations ensuring positive outcomes achieved.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years gained in an Account Management role
Experience of attending meetings (off-site) including account reviews, presenting (when required) and project meetings
Some level of exposure to technology related product offerings, ideally within the Automotive sector
Fully conversant with MS Office

Although this role is predominantly office based, you may be required to travel within the UK for the purposes of meetings therefore flexibility in this respect along with a UK driver’s license is required.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: £25k pa negotiable depending on experience
