We're proud to see two talented students from Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges BSc (Hons) Applied Computing programme begin their careers with Siderise.

Congratulations to Iestyn Clift, who joins us as an Associate Software Developer, and Owen Woodley, who joins our IT team as an IT Engineer supporting DevOps operations.

These appointments reflect the strength of our long-standing partnership with NPTC Group of Colleges and our commitment to investing in emerging talent. We're passionate about creating opportunities for students to develop their skills, gain industry experience and build rewarding careers.

A special thank you to everyone involved in supporting the programme, including our Global Head of IT, Michael O'Callaghan, who continues to work closely with the college to help inspire the next generation of digital professionals.

We look forward to seeing Iestyn and Owen thrive at Siderise as they take the next step in their careers.

We were delighted to welcome Chris Bryant MP, Minister of State for Trade, to our Maesteg headquarters last month.

As the UK’s Minister for Trade, his visit was a valuable opportunity to discuss the role manufacturing businesses like Siderise play in supporting export-led growth.

From our origins as a UK-focused manufacturer, we’ve grown into a global exporter, now supplying markets including the UAE, Australia, Singapore, India and Denmark, while continuing to expand into the United States.

During the visit, Sir Chris met with our senior leadership team and toured our manufacturing facility and UKAS-accredited innovation centre, seeing first-hand the testing and development that underpin our passive fire protection solutions.

We’re proud to play our part in strengthening UK exports and showcasing Welsh manufacturing on a global stage, contributing to safer buildings worldwide.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff who donated so generously to Special Families Maesteg this Christmas.

Each year, the organisation hosts 'Sensory Santa' visits at their centre, alongside a festive meal for older children and young people.

The contributions of our staff are a brilliant example of how our ESG values come to life — giving back to our communities, supporting local charities, and making a meaningful difference right on our doorstep.
