Recently received a quote summons regarding this Premier Park Company. I’ve had no previous correspondence from and whatsoever and after emailing the courts have decided to take it to court rather than dealing with these obvious Cowboys.

No correspondence, no proof that I overstay the permitted time, no proof I was actually driving the car which I wasn’t, no correspondence from them since I requested my court date other than to offer me a payment plan.

I’ve gone through the CCJ court and ask them to intervene and even if I get a CCJ against me, I got a solicitor on it and fight this.

These people are just Cowboys.

No way communicating with them correctly they make it as difficult as possible and they just want you to pay.

I’d let the court deal with it myself rather than pay these single penny.

Next job is to spray the front bumpers to match the body.
