We’re launching a free local tech helpdesk for local residents at Sandham Hall, Coldwaltham on Thursday 4th June, 10:00am–11:30am.

Whether your laptop is being awkward, your phone is confusing, or you just want honest advice before buying new tech — pop in and have a chat.

Meet Chris and a volunteer from the community who will be helping with:

Bring along portable devices causing issues — laptops, tablets, phones and more.

🛒 Buying advice
Not sure what to buy or what to avoid? We’re happy to help.

❓ General tech questions
No jargon, no silly questions — just friendly local support.

Huge congratulations to Ruby, too shy for a photo, after she passed her test today in Chichester. One of the most courageous drives, and students I've ever taught, she has overcome her anxieties to achiever FLH status. Thank you for trusting me Ruby, and best wishes for your future driving.

Sorry to say farewell to Daniel today, after his first time pass in Burgess Hill. Such a gent and one of the most self-aware young people I've met. But pass he did so I wish him well in his future driving.

Well just 3 weeks to go and I decided to do some research - could I slip my trainers on and run some!? It was successful - i ran 7 miles of the 16 - but could I do that again, 3 more times? Nope. So I'm going to walk, not run. 100k is a long way, so I'm going to make sure I get through. At 56 (going on 65 with the way my body feels), I don't want to risk falling short. 3 weeks to go. I'm fit and ready but apprehensive. One more weekend of slog and then I'm resting this creaking old frame. Please sponsor me if you haven't already. Thank you for your support and prayers.

Well, another pass in Worthing this afternoon. Following his twin brother's pass on Saturday, Hayden passed first time with just one driving fault. Superb drive in the traffic and such a calm, mature test run out. Thanks to the family for your support. Good luck, take care and I'll keep an eye out for you on the roads ( )

Cracking drive from Ben this morning in Chichester. First time pass making it 10 passes in a row for yours truly. Thanks Ben for putting so much effort into your practice to get you to this point and ultimately your independence. Mum and Dad will no doubt be requiring some lifts soon! Lovely working with you.
