Congratulations to Eddie Birch on his 1st time pass with just 2 faults this afternoon.

What an achievement considering provisional licence lost last week, new one ordered, royal mail delivery person (being PC) chased down this morning, delivery office phoned and a quick run round to collect said licence all to be sent back less than 5 hours later due to his 1st time pass.
