Ford UK Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right. We opened our first UK office over 100 years ago in London, in Shaftesbury Avenue.

We now have over 20 UK locations, including our UK headquarters and European Research and Development Centre, both in Essex. Our Customer Relationship Centre telephone number is 020 3564 4444. Our page is staffed Monday to Friday, between 8.30am-9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-07.30pm and we aim to reply within a few hours.
