Volkswagen Polo 61 plate.
Due to lack of servicing the spark plugs have deteriorated resulting in all 3 ignition coil rubbers to weld themselves to the porcelain on the spark plugs causing them to crumble apart on removal.
If left this will cause your vehicle to misfire and create running problems.

With regular servicing you can easily avoid this happening to your vehicle and prevent getting an unwanted extra bill.

Shown below are some pictures from a Ford S-Max 1.8 diesel engine. The vehicle was recovered into us with a broken timing belt even though within it's recommended replacement time and mileage it had failed due to lack of servicing. The lower belt on these engines run in oil so MUST BE REGULARLY SERVICED, dirty oil causes premature failure and a very costly repair.
The arrows indicated damaged parts, pistons, valves and possibly a replacement cylinder head.

Vauxhall zafira booked in for running problems and whilst being up on the ramp our quality control checks revealed this on the rear suspension, two different coil springs have been fitted previously in the past
